So where is Waldo, really?

I think the title says it all. This is an essay prompt from UChicago, and for the past 3 hours, I've been wondering how I'm supposed to write this, and what I should focus on. It gives you no direction in the prompt, and I really am lost. What direction do you guys think I should go with this, and what should I emphasize? How do you make an effective essay about "Waldo?"

It’s really a damn tricky question. I think you should try to color the qualities of Waldo to today’s world.

I’m not sure if I’m right, but I advice you to choose another question because if you do not answer it correctly(I mean, in a good manner), you will hurt your chances.

I agree with hopingforbetter that you should consider choosing another topic. In any case, here are several interesting reads on Where is Waldo…

Good luck! : )

I deleted links to blogs and tumblr, since they are not allowed on CC.

I had a lot of fun writing this essay…The question invokes much thought and could be taken several ways (most of UofC question are like this).
Just sit back and think for a second…Who is Waldo? What does he mean?
