I doubt i'll get in because my grades are so bad, but i'm holding out hope.

How do I contact them? Do I just contact each individual colleges?
I’m just wondering… is it too late to add this?
I am only taking it right now(senior year) from januaary 2013 - may 2013 i believe. At a local community college. I am certain that this course actually benefits my majors that I am applying to.

I got a supplemental back in January and I only inputted my half of my Fall grades b/c I didn’t know my final grades yet. Now that I know all of my Fall term grades should I email the counselor about the updated grades?

@basketball123, message your counselor on the portal. You’re supposed to report them as soon as possible, so I don’t know how it may affect things (though in your case it’ll either not affect it at all or positively affect it, just send it soon).

@xcyl40, I got the supplemental in January too! Same thing here. Yeah, as soon as my semester ended I messaged my counselor with my semester grades.

I might be wrong but I don’t think that sending your grades is going to make a difference since they’re already made the decisions. But then again it won’t hurt sending in your grades. I think that if you want you can probably go into your portal and message them

Yeah, I mean, it couldn’t hurt, but whether or not it’ll change things at this point, I don’t know. It’s best to send them pretty quickly after you receive your grades or change classes.

@whoopsitsauser
Would I send it as “other” under immediate attention? And how would I go about saying this. “I received my Fall grades and would like to report them.” Then I would just follow the format to list grades? How did you do it?

@xcyl40, yes, you would. When you hit the message button, under “immediate attention,” there’s reporting grades. And just write what you received, there’s no particular format.

@nuitari, don’t report unless you got a D or and F or your semester GPA dropped below a 3.0. Otherwise you should still be eligible for admittance.

@whoopsitsauser, thanks. I just went and looked at it. I had to respond to why I dropped, well I didn’t drop so it doesn’t apply to me. Thanks for your response though!

I got a 4.15 GPA with a 2000 SAT score. I got good extra curriculars with varsity tennis team winning CIF, internship with a start-up company dealing with DNA/RNA, a leader of tutor club, and getting 720 in SAT 2 chem and 740 Sat 2 us history. My AP scores are mostly 4s and 5s. i have also taken 13 AP classes in my whole high school carrear. I wondering what my chances are for undeclarded science major. I am scared because have not been admitted yet.

Admitted- UCSB, UCR, UCSC, cal poly pomona, university of illnois urbana champagne
Rejected- UCSD
Waitlisted- UC Davis( major- biomedical engineering)
