So why did you choose...?

I'm very, very confused about where I should go to college. I'm debating between Kenyon, Middlebury, Hamilton and Bucknell. I want to major in Creative Writing, Probably double in Film, and minor in Spanish.

I was wondering if some current students could share what it was that really made them choose Middlebury. Obviously, I'll have to make my own decision in the end, but I'm just completely, utterly confused! :(

So.... bump?

Well, in your case, both the creative writing and Spanish programs are stellar at Middlebury!

My reasons for choosing Midd were abundant and diverse. Mainly, I fell in love with the great language programs, the collective environmental consciousness on campus, the creativity of the dance department, the food (really good! And I'm from an Italian family), and the general happiness of students here. Also, the view of the mountains from my window doesn't hurt either.

I frequently walk around campus and think to myself how happy I am to be here, and how perfect a place Midd is for me. (Something I've also heard my friends doing.) I don't think many students at other colleges can say that with as much conviction as I can.

what does ‘bump’ mean!!! haha I keep seeing it but can’t figure it out…
