<p>Reading these post made me think of something that was said in the CBS morning show My Broadway Debut. In the video on their websight when they followed and interviewd the casting director, the part when they were in the casting office, he said that they see 1,000 people a day on open calls, but they still couldn't find enough "right" people to fill all of the roles they had...hmm maybe some hope?</p>
