We decided to go with soapy joes for one reason....they had a table set up outside our D's dorm on move in day. I didn't tell my husband that they cost about $70 more than university mom..I was just happy for the convenience and not having to stress over who to go with anymore. It looks like I made the right choice. On the very first week, my D had a problem with one of her shirts. Everything else was perfect. I called the # that someone had posted on here at about 8:30 at night, and spoke with a very nice person named Spencer. He immediately contacted my daughter, and in less than 30 minutes since my phone call, he had gone back to meet my daughter, pick up her shirt, and assured her he would resolve the problem. She said he was very nice to her and even reminded her to call me to let me know what was going on. I'm so happy we chose soapy joes because as a business owner, I value customer service and know how important it is to maintain. I'll fill everyone in on the final results.
