Social justice concerns among students at top fifty schools

Which schools among top fifty National Universities and LAC’s are known to have a large student body concerned and vocal about social justice issues and inclusion?

If you are a student would specially like to hear from you about the students at your school

Most of them, to be honest, but Oberlin, Wesleyan, Grinnell, Swarthmore, Reed, in particular (among LACs). @CollegeAngst

UCLA, big time

which saddens me, because as a prospective student, it’s sort of a drawback. i mean im glad students there are at least socially conscious about this stuff but some of the stuff they do for the sake of ‘social justice’ is just really unattractive. like the campaign this one group did to harass the student body president. he ended up leaving ucla to go to NYU. all over this harassment one group did over this perverse view of ‘social justice’

UC Santa Cruz, as well.

@marvin100 @otoribashi Thank you!

Among universities, I’d say Yale, Brown, Berkeley, Tufts.

@Hanna Thanks!

Swarthmore

Most of them with bright, aware kids, who are into more than their own work and play. It’s hard to just name a few because, at some, there are more active protests, while at others, there’s a strong call to actual action in other, rolling up your sleeves, community ways. (And at some, just being yourself, whatever that identity is, is their action.) OP might need to clarify what he/she is looking for.
