Sociology Major and Business Minor

Hi everyone,
I am currently a second semester sophomore at UNC at Asheville. I figured it's about time that I went ahead and declared a major so I'm really trying to buckle down and decide on one or two things. Now, I have this book called "College Majors Handbook" which has been incredibly helpful. It tells you how much you will realistically make, what the demand is projected to be for the next few years, even what the ratio of men and women in all the jobs is averaged to be. The only problem is I am conflicted about what I want to do and what logically makes sense to do. I would like to increase my marketability as much as possible, as that is my purpose in college. The only way that I can figure I can have my cake and eat it too is if I major in something I would like to do and minor in something that is more marketable, hence my decision to major in sociology and minor in business.
My issue is this:
I am hopelessly pathetic at math. I am concerned with my actual ability to successfully complete a minor in business.
I was curious as to what others thought would be a good and marketable minor to accompany my major.
Thanks ahead of time.
