<p>Hey everyone, I checked my solar application status yesterday and it said that the admissions crew was still reviewing my application but a whole bunch of new options popped up for new students to pay the housing fee ect. I assumed I was in for sure but, I just went to log on now and the solar website is closed down until 2am tomorrow morning so naturally I'm doubting myself. I was thinking the maintenance closing could be caused by two different things: their was a glitch in the system giving everyone the option to pay for admission OR they were changing the application status' to "congrats" or "we regret to inform you"...Let me know what you think!! Hopefully I'm in, this is my number 1 choice and has been since 9th grade!! <em>fingers crossed</em></p>
<p>The same thing happened to me last Monday night. I called Admissions the next day and they kind of hinted that if we see those choices, we are accepted. Then 2 days later, the admission status message changed to " Congratulations, you have been accepted to Stony Brook,". I received my acceptance letter this past Saturday!</p>

<p>Oh Btw, the acceptance letter came in a red envelope that have the words " Small envelope, BIG NEWS!". :)</p>
