Some Advice?

Well, let me give you my life story. I attend Arizona State University, here on a National Merit Scholarship, and am currently a sophomore Classics major with over 100 credits. The dilemma is that I haven't the slightest idea what I want to do after undergrad or in terms of a career. I've taken chem classes, latin classes, english classes, polisci classes....basically I've run the table. But I haven't really found a passion for any of it. I have always shied away from business classes, the thought of them just seems to dry for me....maybe I'm missing out on something there. But for a long time I thought my end goal was to run a private boarding high school, but I don't think a career in academia is necessarily right for me. I want a fast-paced lifestyle forces me to travel and move at a moment's notice. I have no desire right now to settle down and be comfortable. I have always enjoyed the nontraditional life, ie I don't own a cell phone or comp (this is my friends), I've never been a grade monger, but I don't feel like its bragging to say that most classes come rather easily to me. I have this obsession with sports, I kinda feel like its silly and I couldn't have a career in sports, but I love pro sports and know just about everything there is to know about the nfl and most european soccer leagues. So I have once or twice thought about sports journalism or becoming a sports agent. I guess my dream job, if I could do anything, would to become a GM of a pro sports team, but it seems to me to be impossible since I won't be playing college sports. I was recruited at Indiana and UMD (my home state) to play soccer, but I broke my leg and they rescinded their scholarship offers (bastards). Anyway, the point is that I am clueless as to what I want to do. I feel that when I find my niche, I will thrive; its just a matter of getting my foot in the door of something I enjoy. Not positive anyone can help me with this - most people say consulting or Ibanking, but I've never even taken an Econ class, plus I'm not going to an elite school etc etc. If anyone has ANY suggestions about career choices, or even classes/majors I might be interested in, please list em, I've got 4 scholarship semesters left and only 20 credits more for graduation. I will listen to anything. Also, if you have any info about how to get involved in any particular field, please, let me know. Thanks so much. I know this is absurdly long, if you have any other questions about me please feel free to ask....

A girl in my art history class is majoring in public relations. Her goal is to do PR for a sports team. That seems like it would be a "seat of your pants" lifestyle.

It doesn't seem like you're in it for the money as much as the experience, so try an internship! That could give you some nice career experience. At the very least you'll be able to say, "I DON'T want to do that." Look for sports ones. I'm sure they're out there.

Talk to a Navy recruiter and think about OCS and getting in to Intel or JAG.
