<p>So I'm really confused about the Emory / Oxford college distinction. Why does the oxford college have lower stats if it's a supposedly more consolidated and talented group? Isn't it the equivalent of an honors college? Also, how generous is Emory's financial aid?</p>

<p>It's neither. It's another, smaller, undergraduate college of about 650 students 45 minutes from the main campus in a small town. It's a different type of student that goes there, from what I've seen. I'm pretty indifferent about it. I would never go there, but some people who do really enjoy it. </p>
<p>Also, Emory College has changed its name to the College of Arts and Sciences. Just FYI for your application.</p>
