Some Cool NY-Related Programs at CU

Thought these might interest you guys, what Columbia offers in terms of access to NYC:

Passport to New York: Free entry to 23 of NYC's Museums (with the number growing daily). Over a year ago when MoMA reopened and was the hottest museum in town with lines extending down the block and $10+ entrance fees even with student ID's, COlumbia students could skip the line and get in free. Score! The CUArts website is a pretty nifty resource by itself.

Urban New York: Columbia gets blocks of tickets to sports events, concerts, broadway shows, and has a lottery each spring for students. Freshman get a fall lottery too I think.

SEAS New York: Just like Urban NY but just for SEAS Kids.
<a href="http://www.engineering.columbia.edu/students/seasNY.php%5B/url%5D">http://www.engineering.columbia.edu/students/seasNY.php</a></p>

The Urban and SEAS NY pages are a little old and don't ahve any events listed, but should still give a good idea.

The seas NY page says its only for sophmore, junior, seniors, and grads.

cross fingers broadway please!
