<p>I just wanted to give a little encouragement to the ones that made it in this year (Class of 2011). God has given you this opportunity because your different. He knows there is something special inside of you. My son did not get in this year but will attend Marion Military Institute through the Falcon Scholar Program. Hopefully he will be in the Class of 2012 for the Academy. There is a Christian group called Kutless which some may have heard of. I encourage you to listen to the words of this song if you ever find it. My son won the Air Force Level 1 ROTC Scholarship and could have about went anywhere he chose. We were on our way back from open house at Marion and I felt led to play him this song. We listened to it several times and when he finally later that week made his decision where he was going to school, he chose the direction of the Air Force Academy. His words to me were “Dad, I know the Academy will be tough and stressful, but in the end I know it will get me where I want to be” . I encourage everyone going in, you will make it.
