<p>1: While it's not grammatically wrong to begin with "That the," for example: "That the law should pass is obvious,"</p>
<p>there's almost always a stylistically more elegant way to state the same thing: "It is obvious that the law should pass."</p>
<p>There would have to be some strong rhetorical reason to stress the noun that follows "that the" in order to justify using a locution that's starting to sound pretty old-fashioned.</p>
<p>2: Invert the sentence so that it has a more typical subject-verb word order and you'll never miss this kind:</p>
<p>In part two, the subject is "3 pillars". The verb always modifies the subject and thus you need to use stand. Here, a preposition, can never be a subject.</p>
