I received my financial aid package from Gtown today. I understand the part about my parents' contribution (X amount of $), but then it says "student contribution from income" I have no job. Where would i get money to help contribute for the cost of the school? Did i fill out something wrong on the FAFSA or CSS or something?

You are expected to work during summer and save. If you don't work, your parents are expected to pick up the slack. It is also same with work study. You pay the amount first, then you get paid based on the hours you work.

But georgetown is making me do this over-the-summer program for minorities for an entire month. Will I be able to earn the expected amount of money if half my summer's gone?

Welcome to the real world. Many students are working one than one job to get through school. I had three part-time jobs myself back in the '80s (one work-study, two off-campus). Keep in mind that money can be earned year-round... not just in the summer.
