Thanks Evolving. At this point I am mentally drained from rushing 100mph to try to get everything ready for the move, only to be told it isn’t going to happen after all. My daughter is also stressed and disappointed to have gotten everything ready and now has to wait a few more days. I guess Mother Nature holds all the cards here. Of course, if conditions are unsafe or we are too tired, we will have to alter our plans. The monkey wrench in the works is that my husband just had last week off and will now have to take an additional day off to do this move-in. I am a teacher and need to set up my classroom before school starts on Thursday. I won’t be able to get into my classroom until Tuesday, since our school custodians have been cleaning the building and are finally almost done. We are doing the best we can to get our daughter settled in at Palladium and then need to deal with our jobs and our other daughter, who has activities she needs to get to during the week. One day at a time… Thanks for your support :)
