exactly what did you do? this is seriously gonna affect your decision. was ur case sealed or expunged (they do it for adults, not sure baout juveniles)?

1) What do you mean arrested? Some people think getting a speeding ticket means they "got arrested". It seems odd that getting a "citation" would be close to getting arrested. What did you do? (or more accurately, what were you accused of doing?)

2) If you got a verdict of not guilty, then it doesn't matter at all. In fact I think it would be illegal for them to revoke your admission or take it into consideration in evaluating your application.

ummm my friend had a BB (airsoft) gun that looked exactly like a real gun and during halloween we were shooting people with it. then the police pulled us over, searched our clothes, and everything. Luckily while the policeman was padding down my friend, he kinda skipped his pants pocket where the gun was b/c my friend had a baggy jacket on that kinda covered it. I'm not sure what would have happened if we did get caught, but it was really scary at the moment.

hahaha wow thats pretty lucky. i guess i was kinda lucky too...the officer missed the huge bottle of vodka in the back seat of the car. they actually told us if they had found alcohol they would have arrested us...i would have been pretty scared while the whole thing was going on if i hadnt been so high. i remember sitting on the curb giggling to myself and watching all my friends drive by wondering what was going on. the officer overall was pretty dumb, he wrote my friends bday on my ticket. at court he lied his asssssss off about how i was swearing at him and running into the middle of oncoming traffic (none of which was true). it really made me lose faith in police officers seeing one blatantly lie under oath.

emily... it might not be the best idea to post how high you were on a website that admissions officers may occasionally check. i don't know if they actually do, but the rumor that they do would be enough for me.
