^ I know it’s part of what his game and how OKC plays. And you dont change strategies down just a game,

But I’d still like to see what happens/any change if westbrook does facilitate more instead of score as much.

Harvey:

“hes a newbie on the team and in the league honestly.”

Exact quote from eswara20’s post. I comprehended it quite well, seeing as I said he isn’t a newbie in the league, which eswara20 said.

Shane Battier shot a perfect 2-of-2 from three-point range in Game Three of the NBA Finals vs. OKC on 6/17 and has now
connected on 11-of-15 (.733) from downtown during this series. His 11 made three-point field goals through the first three games ties for the most in
NBA Finals history since the NBA instituted the three-point line in 1979. Below are both the most made three-point point field goals though three and
four games in NBA Finals history.

go to NBA.COM go to each game and look at the stats. LeBrON and Shane have the most time

I never disputed anything you just quoted. I said he’s a role player; he is, that’s indisputable. He is strictly a shooter and at times a good defender.

I’ve never said Battier doesn’t have an impact on the series, but he doesn’t have the impact Lebron/Wade/Bosh has.

i never said he is equal to those big 3. i just said he is one of the most crucial players the heat have

I would honestly think Chalmers is more crucial than Battier.

And people are misreading my posts. I never said Dwyane shouldnt hand the ball to Lebron. I literally said the opposite; two stars cannot coexist on a team. That’s why Wade has taken a back seat to Lebron.

Lebron isn’t ONE of the best players, he IS the best player. I don’t care if he doesn’t have a ring, he is better than every single other person in the world. He can effectively play all five positions and defend all five positions; tell me who else can or could do that?

Oh and disclaimer:

I’m a diehard Cavs fan and I hate Lebron. But I’m not dumb enough to think he isn’t the hands down best player in the world.

well lemme say two names to you- Micheal Jordan, Kobe Bryant

Michael Jordon nor Kobe Bryant could play every position effectively. Kobe can’t even play 2 positions effectively. He’s a shooting guard and a penetrator. Michael Jordan is the same story. He’s the greatest player of all time but he was nowhere near as athletic as Lebron is.

Good game so far…

I wouldn’t say that LBJ is the best player ever, but I do think he’s one of the best. The Heat have this in 5 games!

I’m rooting for OKC (go SuperSonics), but I’m a Grizzlies fan, so part of me is telling me not to root for them.

I do kind of have to cheer for Mario Chalmers though. He came out of Anchorage.

Miami’s big three: BronBron, Wade, and the referees!
