<p>I'm currently a freshman at NYU and am thinking about applying to UC Berkeley as a sophomore transfer. I know that sophomore transfer are extremely rare, yes I am keeping that in mind, but I was just wondering what my chances were if I did decide to apply. I'm applying to their Media Studies program which is in their college of Letters and Science.</p>
<p>I am currently in the Liberal Studies program at NYU. I am also taking Intro to Media Studies as my elective class. I'm getting straight A's. I would have 32+ credits by the end of the year. There would also be more depending on AP credits. I have 16 credits for my APs with NYU's policies. I checked the Berkeley website and I would have AP credits that qualify for the Language, Quantitate Reasoning, American History and Institutions and half of the Read and Composition requirement.</p>
