Hey Guys!
Out of experience, is it better to live in a dorm or apartment, or even sorority house?
Thank you!!

Here are some of my points..
*I currently live in a dorm and really like it. Its nice being so close to campus.
*Living in my sorority house would be great for social life, but probably give me absolutely no privacy. It would be the first year my chapter has a house, which would be cool.
*Living in an apartment with my best friend at college. Would be better for when i see my girlfriend. she stays overnight sometimes, considering we live 4 hours away. couldnt do this in the sorority house. I also could have a cat.

Hey, my friend currently lives in her sorority house and she says while she loves being with her sisters she is always exhausted. Her sorority sisters love to party and she doesn’t sleep well at night, but she loves being close to her sisters and yes there is a heck ton of a social interactions but maybe too many. I currently live in an apartment and I love it. I don’t have any pets although I could but I didn’t want that responsibility. It is definitely nice to be able to have my own room because I can shut out my roommates when I want privacy and what not. I hated the dorms. I would never do dorms again. They were gross, loud, and overcrowded.

I lived in a fraternity house for 3 years only because I couldn’t live in one during freshmen year. I would do it again because I’m a very social person didn’t realize it until I graduated and now living with one roommate. I would say get as much out of the sorority experience you can now because after you graduate you won’t have that immediate support that you once had.
