<p>no, not at all. ED shows Cornell that it is your first choice and thus that you are commited and have a strong desire to attend the school. Often this makes up for lower stats. Applyling ed increases chances of admittance.</p>

<p>Is a 650 on CR section too low or enough for Cornell AEM? (I got 780 on math and 710 on writing with 12/12 on essay.) I am a non-native English speaker.</p>
