<p>How much do adcoms look at your application before mid year reports ( highest tier schools ) ? Are the main analyses of scores, essays and such before or after, especially G.P.A and class rank? Thanks.</p>

<p>well one of my friends ranks went from 11 to 3 and gained a bunch of new medals and competitions in their 4 year ec’s and also raise their g.pa from about a 3.85 to a 3.95 (moved to this school as a junior) so yea i guess it does matter because his application has significantly approved after midyears</p>
<p>and you know whats funny? NONE OF OUR SCHOOLS SENIORS HAD MIDYEAR REPORTS because our district… LAUSD was too poor</p>
<p>all the midyear reports were blank and there was a letter attached to all of them saying… “please call us at… if you are interested in this student’s midyear report.” ._.-</p>
