For that question on the Tufts supplement, I'm wondering what "Student/Parent Meeting" is...which is separate from parents.

The reason I'm asking is I'm trying to find the proper box for my first influenced (it may be under campus visit): I met with two professors and the administrative head of a department and those meetings convinced me to apply to Tufts an that if I go to Tufts, I'll have an awesome time both academically and socially. So my question is, are those meetings "Student/Parent Meeting" or "Campus Visit"?

Thanks!

Campus Visit. Though… really… that would make a good Why Tufts (I think) so we’d see it there even if you check the wrong box.

Great! Thank you for the reply!

Can I ask what is a “Student/Parent Meeting” though since it is separate from the box about parents being an influence on one’s decision to apply?

We do a series of public events around the country (and the world) - and it’s hard to come up with the right descriptor for that that isn’t just admissions jargon. So… that’s what it is. They happen mostly in hotels and school auditoriums.

Maybe “off-campus student/parent meeting” or “off-campus informational event.”
