<p>I was rooting for Portugal, but since Germany beat them out, I'm glad Spain gave Germany a taste of their own medicine, haha.</p>

<p>I watched every game from the begining, and i wanted turkey to win cause im mostly turkish. But after we got knocked out, i just wanted any team to win but germany so yea spain rox!</p>
<p>i heard about turkey losing to germany. i have a turkish friend who was really p*ssed off about it, and she couldn't keep herself from being upset. she started crying and sent e-mails about how angry she was and how she hoped spain won.</p>
<p>it was a sight to see, she was really passionate about turkey's team</p>
<p>yea it was the closest we'd ever come since coming in 3rd in the 2002 world cup. It was hard not to blv that we could actually win the entire tournament after all the comebacks we made like scoring in the 120th min and then winning in the pks.
I was really ****ed too i think all turks were so i understand bout your friend. after we lost I refused to talk to my german friends lol but i got over it know that germany lost too.</p>

<p>Spain played the more attractive football throughout the tournament and Germany's central defense was in shambles. Spain deserved to win but I was going for a German victory. </p>
