Well, I got my Spanish w/ listening test scores back, I wasn't entirely pleased, I was aiming for the 700's and got 690, which isn't too far off, I suppose.

But I am aiming for a few Ivy and rather elite schools when I apply next year, I was wondering if I should take it again. I won't have another chance for listening, which was my best part, but I know what it was I screwed up on (I hadn't reviewed este/eso/aquellos, and OF COURSE the next day in class my spanish teacher reviewed it. just my luck.)

I think my score is pretty good except that the average is somewhere in the 700s, but my thought on that is that mostly native speakers take the test, which I'm not.

I guess what I'm asking in my round-about way is, should I retake the test w/o listening sometime this spring? Is my score good enough for the Ivies?
