Sparknotes and McGraw-Hill

Yeah, this is just another of these 'practice book threads', but I felt like the other threads I read didn't quite answer my questions.

I am an international, planning to take the SAT once in December or January (never took it before) and I currently have McGraw-Hill 2010 and Sparknotes (internet).
Math - not a problem, 800
CR and writing - I set myself a goal of 600-650 on CR and 650-700 on writing (currently I am around 550-600 on CR and 600-650 on writing

So, I wanted to ask, which one is better for:
1) Sentence completions
2) Passages
3) Essay
4) Writing MC
5) Vocabulary (both have a list of some words)

If there are threads that answer my question or offer a thorough review of any of these two, please tell me about such threads.

Thanks

Anyone…?
