Sparknotes Biology Exam

How accurate are the free online sparknotes exams? I scored a 790. Would this be an accurate approximation of what my real score will be?

when i was preparing for sat2bio, i took sparknotes practice tests from the book

and there were tons of mistakes in the book, not regarding spelling or something, but dealing with the actual facts.

that kind of made me lose trust in sparknotes for bio...

idk if that helped.

Yes I noticed, while taking the test. One of the questions I got wrong was on amino acids:

Which is true about amino acids?

i Hundreds of varieties are found in nature
ii Make up proteins
iii Synthesize ATP

I picked i and ii, but it said it was only ii and explained that only 20 are in the human body. LOL! There are hundreds found in nature.

Yea, sparknotes for bio is not too good. I took a test just for fun online, did it in 25 min. and got a 790. And I'm not an amazing bio person or anything. Just use barrons or PR.

Hey, sunshine breeze, did you ever take the SAT II bio exam? Also is Sparknotes like incredibly easy compared to the SAT biology? If I got a 790, is it much lower for the real test?

Sparknotes is a pretty good predictor of how you will do on the actual exam. Better than Kaplan or PR, at least.
