I know the information,
but when I someone asks me a question, I can't spit the facts out.
I stutter, and hesitate, say um and then end up giving the wrong answer.
I have tried hard practicing speaking what I learn at home but
I keep messing up over and over again.

Advice?
( i need to improve within 2 weeks...)

If this is for some sort of a presentation, try practicing by just saying your information out loud. It doesn't have to make sense or be in order; just say all of what you need without the filler words. Then move into an organized speech.

learn to not be dependant on your notes, so you can be a bit more conversational when you speak

practice in front of a group of friends and family a couple of times before

I used to have a really hard time with public speaking when I was younger, but I put a lot of practice into it and now I don't feel like crying while I'm in the middle of a speech

thanks. but its more like someone questions me on what i researched learned
and I have to reply...and its in front of the class too so i spazz majorly
