Special Scholarships

Hey guys!

I was accepted to OSU in January and I completed the Special Eligibility Scholarship application on January 11. Does anyone know when the school will notify recipients? I know the deadline wasn’t until February 15, which is pretty recent.

I am a transfer student who will begin school in the fall with an associate’s degree, so I am not eligible for any of the other scholarships. I have not yet accepted my offer to attend OSU because I am waiting to hear back from some schools in London before making my decision. Would they tell me even if I haven’t accepted the offer yet?

I’m in exactly the same boat! I really hope they get back to us before May 1st since I can’t imagine committing to any university without knowing how much I’ll be paying for tuition as an OSS. I’ve also heard that the financial aid packages at OSU are not so great… so I’m holding out hope that the special scholarships will be generous and come out sooner than later.

Yes, me too! I’ve heard less-than-satisfactory things about financial aid at OSU.
