<p>Hi guys,</p>

<p>I'm an international student. I'm planing to study my bachelor degree (mechanical engineering). I've been crazy with trying to define the differences between each community college ??!! and I still don't really know if there is any differences?! If so what are the differences based on? Is there any tips that I need to look for in any community college?</p>

<p>In addition, would you recommend some community colleges for me? I don't really care about the state beside California. However, I don't want to be in a boring city I would prefer a big city.</p>

<p>Sorry for the long talk, but I'm really sick of looking..</p>

<p>The most important factor for you would be if the CC has a formal articulation or transfer agreement for your major with a college or university that has an ABET accredited program in that major.</p>

<p>Then check each website for transfer information. Many public universities will have articulation agreements with one or more of the CCs in that state.</p>
