Speculation?

<p>I don't mean to bring anyone down or worried or anything, but what are my chances of getting a letter, this late now? I tried the backdoor method and it doesn't work for me and my status has been forwarded for some time now.
If you think about it, if the backdoor method doesn't work now, and they already mailed most of their letters out, then there's probably a huge chance of a rejection.</p>

SAT Subject Tests: Didn't send

Rank: 80/850
AP/IB classes: Took 11 AP classes total all 5's and 4's except for one 3

School Type: Public
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Female</p>

<p>I don't really feel like listing anymore but my ECs were strong and such and I applied to Viterbi.
Is there no hope for me? :(</p>

<p>Dude, honestly. They have mailed out MAYBE 30% of the acceptances. 40% TOPS</p>

<p>jkaplan, how do you know this? I agree they probably have plenty of acceptances to mail out but I don’t know if it’s THAT much…</p>

<p>I talked to someone in admissions today who said they were mailing decisions this whole week and next. I hope they haven’t mailed out all acceptances. We haven’t gotten anything yet.</p>
