Hi Everyone,
So I am hoping to apply to McGill (not ontario, but similar pre reqs), University of Toronto and University of Western Ontario for clinical Speech Path programs.
I have a 3.5 GPA in a BSc (hoping to improve that slightly this semester), over 40 hours of clinical observation, a bunch of ECs (some of which I have leadership roles in) and a few awards, nothing too special. Oh and references, I have one good prof ref (knows me well), one not so good (just from a class) and a great clinical reference. Just wondering if anyone knows what sort of chances I have.
McGill's FAQs say they take people with 3.5-4.0 GPA (min 3.2 to apply) but I keep finding stories of people with 3.8 GPAs and lots of observation getting rejected.
Thoughts?
