Spot the error in the article! (About the ACT.)

<p>There is also a second error:</p>

<p>" Out of more than 1.1 million students who took the ACT nationally this year, only 134 had perfect scores."</p>

<p>That comment is based on figures published by the ACT but what it actually publishes relates to the total number of high school seniors graduating in 2004 who took the test at any time between sophomore and senior year. In other words, 1.1 million high school seniors who graduated 2004 took the test either one or more times between sophomore and senior year and 134 scored a 36 over that three year period. Number of actual tests taken in 2004 was close to 2.1 million according to other figures provided by the ACT.</p>
