<p>So I just got Spotify and it's pretty cool! I have a few questions for those who are familiar with it.</p>

<p>It has an option to add songs to iTunes. Does that mean that the song goes to the iTunes cloud? Or does it get added to my offline iTunes library?</p>

<p>It also has an option to sync to my mp3/iPod. Does that mean that I can just add new songs onto my iPod via Spotify without buying/downloading those new songs? What are the limitations?</p>

<p>You have it backwards. Your playlists on iTunes can be added to Spotify.</p>

<p>If your songs aren’t available on spotify I believe it will copy it over to the iphone/itouch to make it available locally while those songs it has are added.</p>

<p>You need to have a Spotify paid membership to use the iPod feature as well as the offline feature.</p>
