Senior. What on earth do you have to do to get an appointment on the first day, anyway? Is it reserved entirely for "special status" students? I mean, I'm less than 10 credits from graduation...

(Crap. I have to decide whether I'm staying an extra year before I register for next semester! This is the one time I might not have minded a late appointment...)

isn't the first day on october 15 - monday?

Bearfacts says that I'm required to have an advisor code whereas my friend who is also a freshman does not. Could anyone please justify the difference?

I'm currently in the College of Engineering and my friend is in L&S if that's relevant.

Oh, and dragongirl:

Phase I begins October 22 according to this:

Senior standing, undeclared

Phase I
Start: Wednesday 10/24/07 02:20 PM
End: Thursday 10/25/07 02:20 PM

so wait if those non-fpf spring-admits do their calso thing doesn't that mean they have astoundingly early phase 1 registration.

I'm in fpf so they haven't given me my appointments yet

Can someone remind me how I get my advisor code?

you don't need one unless you double major. i think you have to go to each department you double major in to get it.

Ah, thanks!

EECS (and CoE in general?) need an advisor code (I'm EECS and I got one from my faculty advisor).

Yeah, CoE in general it seems like.
I'm in CE and need to meet with my faculty advisor for it.
