Spring Break - Senior year

Fellow parents, I know you will enjoy this. My DD is on spring break for three weeks. This week she is at a student conference in Mexico City. She'll be back home next week and then I'll drive her back to school on the 30th. Love having her here.
This week, however, three of the colleges she has applied to have sent their admissions letters out snail mail. DD, when she did the common app, used her boarding school address because she wanted to be the one to get the letters.
So here I wait, in agony, for the news that is sitting in her mail box at school! Something to think about when your boarding school student becomes a senior!

Spring break just ended for us, it was a pleasant time. But I would go crazy too if I were in your shoes. Thanks for the post.

Some schools have online admissions results. Maybe your D can check her email. The school my D got in had an online acct that she was able to access.
Where is she looking, if you dont mind me asking?

When I went home over spring break during my senior year, I had a faculty member checking my mail for me while I was gone in case anything came. But even though I put my boarding school address down, 3 out of 5 schools still sent to my house, that was kind of annoying,

I can't relate to college, but if I was miles away from my decision on M10 I could break a few XC world records.
