Spring Study Abroad For A Graduating HS Senior?

Hi everyone, I'm graduating from high school this January and was hoping to spend the semester studying abroad. I'm not really picky, I would be happy volunteering, studying or doing a tour. I have been trying to figure something out for months but cannot decide. I was thinking of doing a tour in Australia with a group but keep changing my mind. Anybody know of anything that's less than 12k, would be possible for a 17 year-old in my position, and would have somesort of a group element with younger people? I have traveled abroad on my own before, I spent a semester abroad in Germany and flew back alone during my spring break to visit friends and went to Ireland. Any suggestions would be really appreciated! Thanks!

There are few colleges that do freshman year abroad. NYU, Syracuse, Arcadia, etc. You earn college credits and travel abroad at the same time.
