ssat scoring compare

Can someone give a breakdown of a total score in the 2050-2100 range? Would like to see the raw scores, percentages, personal ranges, and number right/wrong for this kind of score. Would like to see how total percentage changes move by comparing to other higher and lower scores.

Any results with all of the reported details would be much appreciated. Thanks.

2100? its out 2400

I can’t remember how many I got wrong, skipped, etc., but I scored 2325, which is in the 99th percentile for eighth graders.

congrats, thats a great score

I scored a 76 percentile, and they told me this was above average.

Wouldn’t the average be roughly the 50th percentile (where 50th is actually the median, I believe)?

I was told that you want to score between 70 percentile and 80 percentile, so Im guessing thats why they told me it was above average.

OK, sorry, I guess you’re probably referring to the average SSAT of accepted applicants at some particular school?

I have no idea haha, I just recently learned about boarding school.

looks like I got beat mine were
Verbal 761 94th Percentile
Math 800 99th Percentile
Reading 761 99th percentile
2322 total overall 99th percentile

I am an 8th grade boy, and took this cold turkey never studied, but do participate in math contests. This was first attempt. My EC’s are not as good as many others on this board so I don’t know if I’ll get accepted to any of the HADES schools where I have applied. My GPA this year is around 3.5, but last year was closer to 3.0.

uh, 2334=99th percentile for 9th graders.

but there’s a huge bell climb in the 2100-2400 range.

i’m pretty sure 2100 is a lower 80th percentile, but once you get to 2200 it’s already 90th.
