<p>I don't really play Brawl because I liked Melee's fast pace better (and Peach wasn't horribly nerfed yet <_<).</p>
<p>EDIT: Splatter Spree, Jigglypuff is in the game because it is one of the most popular pokemon in Japan. (Not sure why ROB is in though)</p>
