So I really want to attend St. John's University it Queens, NY, but I am not sure how I would mix with the school. I am Catholic, which is a primary reason for me applying to this institution, and I also want to major in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I am from a small suburb town in CT, and in my town there is not much diversity. In college I want to break away and get acclimated with different races and backgrounds which is why I also want to attend SJU.

I heard that this university is a terrible school--which has me kind of concerned. Mainly I've heard that you can't get the typical college experience here, it is too expensive, the academics suck and it is unsafe. Please give me your thoughts and opinion on this college, PLEASE!

I also plan on joining a sorority, and want to be a part of campus ministry and school spirit. Please help!
