So i didn’t not report that i took any SATs on the uc common app because i planned to take the december act(last one accepted by most ucs). So it turned out that i did worse on the act, and im now wondering if i can submit my SATs instead. Is this possible? Is there any way i can submit my SATs which i never reported as taking?
Sure you can send the SATs. It’s not as if they would refuse them.
Remember: they WANT to find a way to admit you (and your tuition)
So how do I send the SATS? Do I just send it through the collegeboard website even though I never mentioned in the college app that I ever took them? And do I have to send the ACT which I had mentioned in the college app as planning on taking?

Yes. No.
Again, think like them. They want info/data in order to ADMIT you. They don’t care if you supply SAT vs ACT despite what you wrote on the CA. They simply want data.
