Confusion about sending colleges my SAT/ACT test scores?

Hello forum,
.
Before starting I have applied for many UCs and CSUs, california resident. I have taken the SAT test 3 times and my ACT 3 times as well.

So I always thought that you did not have to send/inform colleges ALL of your taken SAT/ACT tests, but one of my friends said that you have to.. so did I just mess up on my application?

On my application I had only put my most recent (which was also my highest) SAT I test score taken in November.
I did NOT put my June and October SAT test scores in my UC & CSU applications, only my November one.
I did NOT put my September or October ACT test scores in my UC & CSU applications, only put that I was planning to take the DECEMBER one.

and I had sent solely my NOVEMBER SAT test score through CollegeBoard to ONE of my applied UCs and the master code for CSUMentor.

I have ordered my DECEMBER ACT score to be sent to one of my applied UC and CSU as well before taking the test today.
I did NOT mention my Sept. and October ACT test score in both UC/CSU app, only put I plan on taking one in December.

My problem is am I screwed because I failed to mention any of my previous SAT and ACT scores through my UC & CSU applications and only put one / future planned date?

Can I still send my previous scores even though I didn't mention them in my applications?? I barely recovered from a cold and I felt like I just did super horrible on my ACT which I had already planned to send to my applied UC/CSUS, what happens if I don't send the December one and send my October one? Can I still send scores even though I already went through the process once already with Collegeboard/ACT?

(IS it just based on honor system for sending ALL your scores or some?)

Today has been a horrible day ever since I talked to my friend, could anyone please help me understand this and if I'm in hot waters now or not.

Thank you for your time.

See what each school’s policy is (College Board mentions this when you are sending scores as well, if I’m not mistaken).
