Standby Testing

<p>I registered for SAT2 in Novemeber, but since I bombed the October SAT1 I want to retake SAT1 in November. I know that now it's too late to make a change so I'lm planning to take the standyby testing. But Collegeboard website doesn't explain how to do the standby registration very well so I"m very confused. It says that I'm supposed to bring a registration form but I don't know where I can get the registration form.Also, can I do rush reporting if I take the standby testing?</p>
