So any conclusions?

What about me? I've been affiliated with the University for some years and have long had an SUid. I've been logging into axess about everyday and nothing has changed...

I agree w/ brand that most likely it doesn't mean anything, but still, it's very itnriguing. That thread that p reepa put up had them get their Sunetid from the second link, where they put in their name/SSID/date of birth, and they got approved after a while. That method might work, but I"m afraid that Stanford may do someting drastic if they find out. hmm...

well, that's what i did, imran. i guess it's too late for me...but whatever.

oh, and i guess within 24 hours i'll know if my account has been approved or not.

I doubt Stanford will do anything drastic since it's a publicly accessible site.

Check out last year's transfer thread: I believe one person from CC was accepted to Stanford.

Guys, if u enter the first name as joe and last name as shmoe with xxx-xx-xxxx SSN and 01/01/2001 as the DOB, you will still be allowed into the system and have to wait for activation...

Basically, this whole SUNetID doesnt mean a thing.

Where are you entering a first name and full SSN?

if you get

We couldn't find a match for the number you entered (XXXXXXXX). Check that you entered the number correctly. You may have received your University ID before it has been made available to this system; try again later. If you are unable to continue, contact HelpSU for assistance.

you're rejected.

ditto to you

So to clarify, has anyone (besides those already affiliated with SU) gotten a response other than:
"We couldn't find a match for the number you entered (XXXXXXXX) etc..." when simply pasting in their app confirmation # into the link posted earlier today?

yes

and don't use 'page 11' this thread only goes up to page 5 for some people

Now they're sayin 20-30 will be accepted due to the higher enrollment rate of freshmen. I don't want to be the pessimist here, but we're lookin around a 2%acceptance rate this year. Might be better use of time to study for those finals since almost all of us are rejected.

skiingfool: decisions are up already

where are we hearing this?

lostincode...how do you figure decisions are already up?

try to go through by university ID ONLY
if it pops back w/ your full name, you're in

doing it the alternative way doesn't tell you anything so don't bother

how do you know that all of them are uploaded??

lol...who knows? they still maybe uploading and making decisions.

Either way, I've had a SUNetID for years now. This doesn't help me!!
