didnt feel a thing…

I felt the Earthquake and I was in TX; well actually I imagined I was feeling it…

OMG earthquake? No one tell my mom. I hope it’s not on the news.

There was an earthquake in Palo Alto years ago when I was still living there. It was in the evening; I was in bed when everything started to shake and bang against each other. It was large enough to shake things around, but small enough so that no one got hurt. In retrospect, it was kind of fun.

Hahaha that does sound kind of fun, dark. I’ve only ever been in hurricane type storms, not nearly as fun D:

I love looking up people’s names in urbandictionary haha, the definition for mine is awful, but they’re usually pretty amusing.

(D’awww. Sea lions. They look so squishy.)

+1

I think we should start getting all the SCEAers back together to post in here one more time. I just don’t have the patience to go through the thread and look for all their names though. :(

Sea lions are so cute. Like, unbelievably. I want to adopt one.

i just heard about the 6.5 earthquake on the news. not many people were hurt though right?

anon we have school tomorrow :(

Earthquake TERROR!

if you click on the post count of the thread from the stanford forum, it will give you a list of people who posted in this thread sorted by number of posts. I just saved you a ton of time, anon

Haha Ting Ma Ma De Hua just came up on shuffle, I haven’t heard it in like 3 years, you wouldn’t believe how hard I’m smiling right now. Aarih;lgerwifkj;lafd I used to be so obsessed with Jay Chou. I probably still am… don’t make fun of me.

ahh so you like jay chou canary lol i knew a lot of people who were really into him a while back

Hahahah yeah he was really big a while ago. My cousin had a huuuuuuge pile of Jay merchandise in her room, it was actually really scary. I feel like he’s sort of dwindled out of popularity though? And I don’t listen to Asian music very often anymore
iTunes reminded me, I noticed the other day they started selling Chinese pop… I think they have been for a while, I just never realized hahahah.

lol nice. i never heard any of his stuff though. they told me i missed out haha

House Episode +1

Hahahah I’m almost about to start watching House just so I can discuss it with people. I feel so left out.

You didn’t miss out too much, he wasn’t like insanely good, but he did have a really distinct style. And he’s a really talented composer.
What’s up, guys? It’s been a while. 5000 is crazy!

I like that I got chosen for the mass PM, despite having posted in this thread something less than 10 times.

Sup guys. Good luck getting to 5000! It’s kind of sad how quickly this thread died out in decision day’s wake.

Personally, I’ve actually grown to be happy in being rejected. I’m glad that I had the chance to learn about and apply to a bunch of schools I hadn’t even heard of beforehand. I can’t wait until March’s end. It will be a very exciting time!
I also still think Stanford is an amazing school, and I hold nothing against them for not taking me. I’ve decided since that I want to go somewhere much colder, anyway. Haha.

Sooo… Um… Plus one to 5k!
