<p>And now time for some crazy, poorly-calculated, guestimated stats. Say Stanford's Acceptance Rate is 13.0% overall. Take the EA acceptance, it's 19%. By looking at the Stats breakdown, being in the top 1-2%, having 700+ SAT 1 scores gets you another 6-7% of probability. Thus, add the 13 or so percentage points to Stanford's overall rate, and the avg. CCer applying w/no ECs, no APs, etc, just being top of class w/ good SAT scores applying EA has a 26% chance at Stanford.</p>
