<p>I was looking at the Stanford website and on one section it said SAT scores weren't necessary, then on another section it said they were.</p>
<p>Are SAT scores required from Stanford or not? Are they still required if I have an associates degree from another college?</p>

<p>Although actually neither is required if you live in a country where the SAT or ACT isn’t offered (China, Iran, etc.). And, more specifically, at least two SAT II subject tests are recommended. Don’t worry about increasing test scores by a tiny bit (like 30-60 points on SAT or 1-2 points on ACT). Your test score rating doesn’t matter too much.</p>
