<p>What does Stanford mean when they say "please attach (but do not staple)" your essay? Does that mean I just print a seperate paper and just include it with my application but don't staple it?</p>

<p>Anyways, I would go for paperclipping. Make sure that your name, social security number etc. are on the page just in case they get separated. Maybe hold it up to the light and make sure it is within the box?</p>
