<p>Greek life at Stanford is very balanced. There are a good number of frats and sororities, and the best thing is that if you want to be in greek life, it’s likely that there’s a frat or sorority for you. We have frats ranging from super athletic/jocky, to nerdy, and we even have a co-ed business fraternity. There are also differences between housed and unhoused frats/sororities. Greek life is not huge-- I think only 20-25% of students are involved in greek life. But it’s definitely present, and it will completely depend on how much you want to be involved. Freshman tend to be more involved in greek life than upperclassmen, in the sense that they go to more parties on the row. Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with NOT being in greek life here, at all. I hope that helps. Message me if you want more details about different frats/sororities! </p>
