Stanford vs. UPenn? Advice appreciated please

First, I would like to apologize for any rambling in this post.
OK. I have to choose between Penn and Stanford. Although I am visiting during Admit Weekend, my ps are saying that they want a decision by the 15th. So I have a few questions. I know this is the Stanford board but anything direct comparisons to Penn would be helpful as well.
How would you describe the vibe of campus? Is it more pre-professional or laid back? How competitive or friendly are the students?
How much is there to do on campus? Is the campus very isolated? How close are cities and places to do stuff like San Francisco? How does San Fran compare to Philly?
I am primarily interested in subjects like psychology, linguistics, and cognition/neuroscience. I also really like the arts and especially film. Which school would be better?
How is education overall? How accesible are the professors? Do you have a lot of opportunities for interdisciplinary study or access to all the schools of the University like at Penn?

Bump. Please?

I’m in the same boat, trying to decide between Stanford and Penn (and also Pomona, CMC, and Rice). A major concern of mine is class size and teaching assistants. How large are intro classes–100+? 200+? how many are taught by TAs?? And help is greatly appreciated :)
