I was recently thinking about starting a blog. It sounds like it could be interesting, and I could use some work on my writing skills. I was wondering if anyone has a blog on here, and if you could give me some tips. I have some questions as well.

How do you go about getting readers?
How often do you usually write, and what is too much/too little
How long are your blog entries usually?

well… Actually i started my blog at the beginning of this year to ‘‘improve my SAT essay’’ (sounds really silly as i write it now… XP)
A friend had been nagging that i start one anyway… But you know what? Even though i don’t think it helped me that much in SATof course… I think i rather loved the idea… I have only like 5 posts or sth on that thing… Since i am a HUGE procrastinator. And i’m a junior. And this year has been as hectic as possible… But i know i love my blog i realised that i am quite deeper than i thought
And just when i get internet on my actual laptop (i’m texting from my phone… Sorry for the countless mistakes… No autocorrect… Although that doesn’t help that muche either )
anyhow… I say go for it xP and just write… You shouldn’t care abt who reads or how many do… Just the substance of what they will be introduced to
I should really start taking MYblog seriously though…O.o no more procrastinating!

I sort of have a blog… It’s a thread in the “Member Blogs” subforum of another forum I frequent.

I usually post daily… A post for me can be between 3 sentences long and 100 lines of text… You never know. If you have something interesting to talk about, write a lot. If you don’t, don’t.

I had an international group blog for a while. We started through a particular fan forum so that helped us get readers. As above, length varied greatly.
